Please PRINT OUT, read, and follow these 4 steps.
Step 1.
Before installing the software, check to see if your Microsoft Internet Explorer
is version 4.01 or higher. You can do this by opening Internet Explorer and
clicking on Help and then About Internet Explorer. If necessary add it, or
update it now. Click

Step 2. Step 3. Step 4. Contact Touch Tone Services to setup your account and
start fax broadcasting.
Download the following three files to your computer by clicking on the blue
links
ClientSetup.EXE,
CrReportsAddon.EXE,
TTS_User_Guide.exe
Double click on the TTS_User_Guide.exe
file, then click the Unzip button. Print out the two documents entitled,
"Job Setup" and "Creating & Managing a Fax List."
These files will be unzipped to C:\Faxing by default.
Exit from or disable all applications including those represented by icons in
the system tool tray; this includes all anti-virus software. After exiting
or disabling all applications, double click on ClientSetup.exe
(do not reboot after install)
Then double click on CrReportsAddOn.exe.
Now
reboot.
